NOMTourTracker.com: Videographer threatened with arrest in Maryland
Even after the NOMTourTracker videographer moves well back from Brian Brown and his small group of demonstrators, a police officer pretends that the videographer is somehow interfering with NOM's demonstration and threatens arrest. The cop also orders the videographer not to photograph him. I would love to know the legal basis for a cop demanding not to be photographed. Sorry, but police are not laws unto themselves, and are not entitled to make up their own rules.
BTW, I do not use the heading "NOM Tour Fail" because, contrary to the overwhelming majority of bloggers these days, "fail" is not a noun. The correct noun is "failure." There is something sad about this desperate need on the part of so many to be trendy. Demonic neologisms, I rebuke thee!

Update: DreamHost is way ahead of me. The top response to their January 27 "Death of Fail" contest is: 'I wholeheartedly support this endeavor and have dubbed it the “2010 FINANCE ACT”. As in “2010 Fail Is Not A Noun Customer Education ACT”.'
