No North Korean response to South Korean drills

In case you hadn't noticed, WaPo assures us that the current tensions in the Korean Peninsula have not, so far at least, resulted in global thermonuclear war. That's a relief. I would be even more relieved if we could find a way to prevent total nutjobs, in this case the Glorious Leader of North Korea, from having access to nuclear arsenals.

BTW, Senator Kyl, how's New START coming along? Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot it was more important to score points against the Democratic President than to, you know, keep us all from being incinerated by a black market nuclear device.
