Texas leads secession requests

Joe Jervis reports:

Citizens from 47 states have now posted petitions demanding that they be allowed to secede from the United States. Virtually all of the signatures are merely symbolic to be sure, but the Texas petition has so many signatures that the White House, according to its own rules, must review the demand.

It is interesting to see so many people demanding to secede from the United States because they didn't get their way in an election. Weren't these the same people who claimed to be true patriots? The problem they face is the shocking discovery that their America is not the one most of us live in. And thank God for that.
